Job summary

Aqua Pulse Spas in Yatala is seeking a driven Sales Consultant to join our growing team. You’ll engage with customers who have shown interest via our website, Facebook ads, phone enquiries and showroom, and you’ll guide them to the right spa.

This role offers a $65,000 base salary plus uncapped commissions, with strong performers earning $200,000+ per year. You’ll receive full product training, a supportive team environment, and the chance to build a long‑term sales career in a high‑volume

Aqua Pulse Spas is looking for a driven Sales Consultant to join our growing team in Yatala.

This is a genuine high-income sales opportunity for someone who knows how to communicate, follow up leads and close deals.

You’ll receive $65,000 base salary plus uncapped commission, with strong performers having the opportunity to earn $200,000+ per year.

There is no commission ceiling. The more you sell, the more you earn.

The Role

You’ll be speaking with customers who have already shown an interest in purchasing a spa through our website, Facebook advertising, phone enquiries and showroom.

Your role will include:

• Following up warm and incoming sales leads
• Speaking with customers by phone, SMS, Facebook and email
• Assisting customers to choose the right spa
• Providing quotes and delivery pricing
• Following up outstanding quotes and enquiries
• Closing sales and taking deposits
• Managing your own sales pipeline
• Helping customers in our Yatala showroom
• Building relationships and providing a great customer experience

This is not a role where you sit around waiting for customers to walk through the door. We want someone who is proactive, confident and prepared to consistently follow up opportunities.

Who We’re Looking For

You don’t necessarily need experience selling spas, but you do need to be comfortable selling.

You’ll ideally be:

• Hungry to earn a high income
• Confident speaking with customers
• Strong on the phone
• Comfortable asking for the sale
• Excellent at following up leads
• Competitive and target driven
• Organised with your sales pipeline
• Reliable and motivated
• Able to work independently without needing to be constantly pushed
• Experience in automotive, caravans, boats, furniture, real estate, solar, home improvement or other high-ticket sales would be highly regarded.

Earnings

This position is designed for someone who wants more than just a salary.

Commission: Uncapped

OTE: $120,000 to $200,000+ depending on performance

Our commission structure rewards strong salespeople, and there is significant earning potential for someone who can consistently convert the leads provided.
