Beta Wellness Buderim is seeking a driven Sales Representative to join our premium showroom team. Help customers choose wellness solutions and deliver an exceptional showroom experience.

Availability for weekdays and weekends on a seven-day roster is essential, and a current driver’s license plus strong communication skills are required. Join a national business with uncapped commission and ongoing product training.

Qualifications

• Previous retail or showroom sales experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with customers and guide them through the buying journey.
• Achieve individual and showroom sales targets.
• Respond promptly to showroom, phone, email and online enquiries.
• Follow up customer leads and maintain records in the CRM system.
• Prepare quotations and complete sales documentation accurately.
• Coordinate deliveries, handovers and customer follow-up.
• Maintain excellent product knowledge across spas, swim spas, plunge pools, saunas and wellness products.
• Keep the showroom clean, well-presented and inviting.
• Assist with showroom operations and stock reception.
• Support promotional activities and company initiatives.

Beta Wellness Buderim is looking for a driven and customer-focused Casual Sales Representative to join our established showroom team.

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a premium retail environment, helping customers invest in products that enhance relaxation, recovery, family time, and overall wellbeing.

About the Role

As a Sales Representative, you'll help customers find the right wellness solution while delivering an exceptional showroom experience.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Building strong relationships with customers and guiding them through the buying journey.
• Achieving individual and showroom sales targets.
• Responding promptly to showroom, phone, email and online enquiries.
• Following up customer leads and maintaining accurate records in our CRM system.
• Preparing quotations and completing sales documentation accurately.
• Coordinating deliveries, handovers and customer follow-up.
• Maintaining excellent product knowledge across our range of spas, swim spas, plunge pools, saunas and wellness products.
• Ensuring the showroom is clean, well-presented and inviting.
• Assisting with general showroom operations, including receiving stock where required.
• Supporting promotional activities and company initiatives.

Availability to work weekdays and weekends across a seven-day roster is essential.
