Job summary

Redpath Partners is seeking an experienced Centre Manager or Portfolio Manager to oversee performance across a diverse retail property portfolio in Queensland. You'll work across leasing, tenant relationships, budgets and strategy, taking ownership of asset performance.

Qualifications

Experience in Centre Management, Portfolio Management, Retail Management or Retail Administration.
Strong understanding of retail or commercial property.
Experience across leasing, tenants and property operations.
Strong communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
Commercially minded and confident managing multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

Reporting to the Head of Asset Management, you'll be responsible for the performance of your portfolio, working across leasing, tenant relationships, budgets, forecasting, compliance and asset strategy.
You'll manage leasing negotiations and renewals, oversee financial performance, build strong tenant relationships and identify opportunities to improve the assets and drive value.
The role offers a great mix of hands-on property management and broader strategic exposure, working closely with tenants, agents, consultants and internal stakeholders.
