Job summary
Redpath Partners is seeking an experienced Investment Manager for a leading Australian property group. The role spans strategic portfolio investment, capital allocation, transactions, development and JV management across a national property portfolio.
Location is Sydney or Melbourne, with senior leadership exposure and direct involvement in investment papers and committees. The ideal candidate will have 7+ years in property investment and strong stakeholder management in retail portfolios.
Qualifications
- 7+ years' experience across property investment, investment management, transactions, valuations or funds management.
- Strong financial modelling, valuation and analytical capability.
- Experience across complex property assets or portfolios.
- Understanding of portfolio optimisation and capital allocation.
- Experience preparing and presenting investment recommendations.
- Commercial judgement and strong senior stakeholder management.
Responsibilities
- Drive long-term asset and portfolio investment strategy.
- Lead financial modelling, forecasting and investment analysis.
- Assess acquisitions, disposals and development opportunities.
- Prepare investment papers and recommendations for senior committees.
- Support asset repositioning and capital allocation strategies.
- Partner across Transactions, Development, Asset Management and Valuations.
- Manage key Joint Venture relationships and strategic discussions.
