Job summary

Redpath Partners is seeking an experienced Centre Manager or Portfolio Manager to oversee performance across a diverse retail property portfolio in Queensland. You'll work across leasing, tenant relationships, budgets and strategy, taking ownership of asset performance.

This role offers hands-on property management with strategic exposure and collaboration with tenants, agents and internal stakeholders. Ideal candidates will have demonstrated experience in centre/portfolio management and a

Qualifications

• Experience in Centre Management, Portfolio Management, Retail Management or Retail Administration.
• Strong understanding of retail or commercial property.
• Experience across leasing, tenants and property operations.
• Strong communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Commercially minded and confident managing multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Reporting to the Head of Asset Management, you'll be responsible for the performance of your portfolio, working across leasing, tenant relationships, budgets, forecasting, compliance and asset strategy.
• You'll manage leasing negotiations and renewals, oversee financial performance, build strong tenant relationships and identify opportunities to improve the assets and drive value.
• The role offers a great mix of hands-on property management and broader strategic exposure, working closely with tenants, agents, consultants and internal stakeholders.
