ING Australia is seeking a Retail Performance & Value Management Lead to sit at the centre of critical business decisions, partnering with senior leaders across Product, Finance, Treasury, Risk and Technology to optimise performance and drive growth.

Reporting to the Head of Retail Performance & Value Management, you will shape strategic direction, develop business cases, forecast performance and deliver value across deposits, mortgages and profitability.

Qualificações

• Significant experience in banking, strategy & commercial leadership roles.
• Strong understanding of retail banking performance drivers and profitability.
• Advanced analytical and financial modelling capabilities.
• Excellent stakeholder management with senior executives.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Retail strategy, investment prioritisation and business planning.
• Drive forecasting, planning and commercial performance analysis across deposits and mortgages.
• Develop strategic insights, business cases and scenario modelling for executive decisions.
• Track benefits realisation and ensure investments deliver value.
• Influence reporting to executives and prepare strategy communications.
