Job summary

Savers Australia is seeking an experienced Retail Manager to lead the Retail Operations team on the sales floor, ensure superior customer experience, and drive team performance in a fast-paced, high-volume store.

You will report to the Store Manager and guide coaching, floor management, and stock flow while partnering with district leaders to deliver key business priorities and developmental opportunities for your team.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams in fast-paced, high-volume retail environments.
• Ability to make quick decisions and prioritise under pressure.
• Strong coaching skills and front-line leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a large front-end team.
