Job summary

Savers is seeking a Retail Manager to lead the Retail Operations team on the sales floor, focusing on customer experience and team performance in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Reporting to the Store Manager, you will drive sales performance through stock flow, merchandising and in-store execution, while building capability across your team and delivering on key business priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a large front-end team.
• Drive sales performance through stock flow, merchandising and in-store execution.
• Take ownership of daily and weekly trading results.
• Partner with Store and District leadership to plan business priorities.
• Build capability across your team in a high-change, fast-paced environment.
• Review sales and performance data, adjusting the floor to maximise results.
• Lead and coach team to lift service, productivity and standards.
• Manage high-volume stock flow and ensure shop floor is optimised.
• Support onboarding and development of new team members.
• Plan upcoming trading periods and initiatives.
