Kmart Australia Limited is seeking a Store Operations Manager to lead a high-performing team across a busy store. You’ll drive operational excellence, ensure exceptional customer experiences, and uphold safety and compliance while delivering strong financial outcomes.

You’ll motivate and coach staff, analyse processes, build strong cross-functional relationships, and foster a resilient, inclusive culture in a fast-paced retail environment.
