Qualifications

• Experience leading or supervising teams in retail, hospitality, logistics or similar.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stay organized under pressure.
• Collaborative leadership style with the confidence to lead when needed.
• Strong coaching skills and a genuine focus on developing others.
• Practical, flexible approach and willingness to be on the floor with your team.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts and manage team performance across the sales floor
• Support daily trading decisions to optimise sales and customer experience
• Coach team members in real time to lift performance and engagement
• Manage stock flow and ensure the shop floor is fully set and ready for trade
• Support onboarding and development of new team members
• Work closely with your Retail Manager to plan and execute priorities
