Job summary

JB Hi-Fi is seeking a hands-on Back of House professional for our retail operations. You will coordinate the back of house team to maintain efficient stock flow, inbound/outbound processing, and smooth transfers while ensuring safety and compliance.

Deliver exceptional customer service, handle inquiries, and support a casual, fast-paced environment. The role offers hybrid working possibilities and opportunities for development within JB Hi-Fi Group.

Qualifications

Thrive in a retail environment with knowledge of operations (stock flow, inbound & outbound goods).
Strong multi-tasking skills with keen eye for detail.
Understanding of inventory management and processes.

Responsibilities

Prioritising tasks and coordinating the operations team to run a highly efficient back of house, adhering to procedural control measures.
Stocking flow including inbound goods processing, returns processing, transfers, invoice management, etc.
Providing excellent customer service and effectively handle customer complaints and queries.
Ensure all Back of House activities meet compliance and safety requirements, with emphasis on safe product handling, equipment use, and incident reporting.
