Job summary

JB Hi-Fi is seeking a hands-on Back of House professional for our retail operations. You will coordinate the back of house team to maintain efficient stock flow, inbound/outbound processing, and smooth transfers while ensuring safety and compliance.

Deliver exceptional customer service, handle inquiries, and support a casual, fast-paced environment. The role offers hybrid working possibilities and opportunities for development within JB Hi-Fi Group.

Responsibilities

• Prioritising tasks and coordinating the operations team to run a highly efficient back of house, adhering to procedural control measures.
• Stocking flow including inbound goods processing, returns processing, transfers, invoice management, etc.
• Providing excellent customer service and effectively handle customer complaints and queries.
• Ensure all Back of House activities meet compliance and safety requirements, with emphasis on safe product handling, equipment use, and incident reporting.
