JB Hi‑Fi is looking for a Retail Team Member to contribute to a high-performance store culture and deliver excellent customer experiences across the shop floor. You will support multiple areas from customer service to back-of-house operations and stock processing, ensuring the JB Hi‑Fi brand standards are upheld.

• Passion for home entertainment, music, movies, technology, appliances and/or games.
• Enthusiastic, passionate and highly motivated.

Responsibilities

• Help across areas within stores from customer facing to back of house.
• Provide high levels of customer service before, during and after sale.
• Support merchandising of products on the sales floor to uphold JB Hi-Fi branding.
• Assist with stock deliveries and processes for store receiving.
