Job summary

Harvey Norman Ballina is seeking an enthusiastic administrator to join our retail team. You will support payroll, accounts and customer service, work closely with franchisees, and help keep the Ballina complex running smoothly.

The role offers full‑time hours, Monday to Friday, with comprehensive training and a positive, team‑focused environment where performance is recognised and rewarded.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written English.
• To be highly organised and possess great time management skills.
• Previous administration, accounts, customer service or retail office experience would be highly regarded.
• Demonstrated ability to support team members and contribute to a positive workplace culture.
• Assist with day‑to‑day administration activities including accounts processing, payroll support, banking, reporting and customer service functions.
• Willingness to learn new systems and processes.
• Competent computer skills with intermediate knowledge in Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

• Assist with a broad range of administrative, payroll, accounts and customer service activities to keep the business running smoothly.
• Support franchisees and retail team within the Harvey Norman Ballina complex.
• Contribute to day-to-day administration, including accounts processing, payroll support, banking and recruitment administration.
• Learn and adapt to new systems and processes as part of ongoing training.
