PageUp People Limited in Ballina is seeking a proactive administrator to support franchisees and the Harvey Norman Ballina retail team with administrative, payroll, accounts and customer service tasks that help keep the business running smoothly.

Full training and ongoing support will be provided. The role offers a Monday to Friday schedule with no weekend or public holiday work, generous staff discounts and a positive work environment.

Formación

• Highly motivated, results-driven with outstanding customer service and communication skills
• Enjoy working in a team environment
• Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written English
• Highly organised with great time management skills
• Previous administration, accounts, customer service or retail office experience would be highly regarded
• Demonstrated ability to support team members and contribute to a positive workplace culture
• Assist with day-to-day administration activities including accounts processing, payroll support, banking, reporting, recruitment administration and customer service functions
• Willingness to learn new systems and processes
• Competent computer skills with intermediate knowledge in Excel and Word
