Anglicare Sydney is seeking a Shop Manager to lead the daily operations of a retail store, balancing commercial performance with exceptional customer service and community connection.

You will coach staff and volunteers, drive sales through merchandising and stock management, and ensure a safe, welcoming environment that serves the local community with integrity and care.

You'll support and develop staff and volunteers, drive sales through effective merchandising and stock management, and ensure the store remains safe, welcoming and well connected to the local community.

What you\'ll bring

You're an experienced retail or hospitality leader who knows how to bring out the best in people while keeping a busy store running smoothly.

You bring strong customer service, team leadership and organisational skills, together with the ability to balance people, performance and day-to-day operations. You also share our organisational values of integrity, justice, compassion and excellence, embedding them in everything you do.

• Experience leading, mentoring and developing teams in retail or hospitality.
• Demonstrated experience working in a fast-paced retail or hospitality environment.

• Experience managing retail sales, stock control and visual merchandising.
• Experience leading or supervising volunteers.
