Savers is seeking a Retail Manager for the Auburn store in Sydney. You will lead the Retail Operations team, owning the sales floor, customer experience and team performance in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Reporting to the Store Manager, you will drive store performance through hands-on execution and real-time decision making. In this hands-on leadership role, you’ll review performance data, coach staff to lift service and productivity, manage stock flow and support onboarding and

Qualificações

• Experience leading teams in high-volume environments such as retail, hospitality or logistics.
• Strong ability to make decisions quickly, prioritise and perform under pressure.
• Proven coaching skills and the confidence to lead from the front.
• Ability to drive results through stock flow, merchandising and in-store execution.
