G’day Group is seeking an experienced Retail Manager to lead the General Store and Petrol Station at Kings Canyon Resort. The role focuses on operations, guest service, and team leadership in a remote setting.

You will oversee day-to-day store activities, manage inventory, analyze sales data, and drive profitability while delivering exceptional guest experiences in Australia’s outback.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Retail Manager or in a similar role.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Highly developed guest service skills.
• Familiarity with inventory management and POS systems.

The Role

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Retail Manager to lead our retail operations and drive the success of our General Store/Petrol Station. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in retail management, a strong understanding of customer service, and the ability to lead and inspire a team.

• Proven experience as a Retail Manager or in a similar role.

• Familiarity with inventory management and point-of-sale systems.
• Ability to work well under pressure and autonomously.
• Computer literacy in particular the MS Office suite.
• Great people and relationships building skills.
