Job summary

BP West Wyalong is seeking an experienced Retail Manager to oversee daily operations of our service station and convenience store.

You will lead and roster staff, monitor sales, manage stock and supplier orders, and ensure high service standards while maintaining safety and merchandising. The role requires strong leadership and the ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.

Qualifications

• Qualification in Business, Retail Management or related field, or equivalent industry experience.
• 2+ years of relevant experience as a Retail Manager.
• Experience managing staff and retail operations.
• Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills.
• Experience in inventory management and sales reporting.

Key responsibilities

Manage the daily operations of the service station and convenience store.
