Job summary

Mad Mex is seeking a dynamic Retail Manager to lead restaurant operations, drive sales, and inspire a small team across a regional Australia setting. You will own daily performance, rostering, stock orders, and supplier relations, while delivering outstanding customer experiences.

You should bring 2+ years of management in retail or food services, strong leadership, and a passion for team development. Regional work flexibility and a hands-on approach are valued highly.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a management role in retail or food services.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
• Solid knowledge of inventory and operations management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations and team performance.
• Manage rostering, inventory, stock orders, and supplier relations.
• Implement and monitor promotional, pricing, and merchandising strategies.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, WHS, and business standards.
• Lead, train, and support a small team of staff.
• Manage budgeting, payroll, and reporting.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and handle client feedback.

Requirements

• Willingness to work long-term in a regional area
