Job summary

Mad Mex is seeking a dynamic Retail Manager to lead restaurant operations, drive sales, and inspire high-performing teams across our Sydney venues. You will own rostering, inventory, supplier relations, promotions, and merchandising, while upholding food safety and WHS standards.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams in fast-paced environments.
• Proven track record in driving sales and customer satisfaction.
• Experience with rostering, inventory management and supplier relations.
• Knowledge of food safety and WHS standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations and team performance.
• Manage rostering, inventory, stock orders, and supplier relations.
• Implement and monitor promotional, pricing, and merchandising strategies.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, WHS, and business standards.
• Lead, train, and support a small team of staff.
• Manage budgeting, payroll, and reporting.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and handle client feedback.
