Mad Mex in Victoria is seeking a dynamic Retail Manager to drive store performance across a regional network. You’ll lead daily operations, sales growth, and front-line teams while delivering memorable customer experiences.

With at least 2 years in retail or food-service management, you’ll roster, manage inventory, and partner with suppliers while upholding food safety standards. Enjoy flexible schedules, strong perks, and opportunities to grow with Mad Mex.

• Multilingual abilities are a bonus, as we serve a diverse community

Requirements

• Full Australian work rights – Citizens, Permanent Residents, or unrestricted visa holders only
• Diploma or higher qualification in Retail, Business, or Hospitality Management (preferred)
• Willingness to work long-term in a regional area
