Blooms The Chemist Crows Nest is seeking an experienced Retail Manager to lead store operations, drive sales, and deliver outstanding customer service. You will report to the Pharmacy Owner and work closely with the Pharmacist Manager to foster a positive, high-performance team culture.

The role requires hands-on leadership, a proactive approach to staff development, scheduling, stock control, and implementing promotional campaigns to achieve business goals in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a retail management role, preferably within pharmacy, health, beauty, or FMCG retail.
• Proven leadership experience with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams.
• Strong commercial acumen and a track record of achieving sales and KPI targets.
• Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Outstanding communication and organisational abilities.
• Experience in stock management, merchandising, and inventory control.
• A proactive, positive, and hands-on management style.
• Flexibility to work weekends as required.

About the Role

An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced and passionate Retail Manager to join our team at Blooms The Chemist Crows Nest.

Reporting directly to the Pharmacy Owner and working closely with the Pharmacist Manager, you will lead the retail operations of the store, driving sales performance, delivering outstanding customer service, and creating a positive and engaging workplace culture.
