AJAY TRADERS PTY LTD t/a United Perth South is seeking a full-time Retail Manager for the Perth, TAS store at 102 Main Rd, Perth 7300. You will lead daily operations, focus on customer service, stock control, and drive sales to meet budgets.

You will manage purchasing, pricing, merchandising, staff development, and ensure OH&S compliance, with 3+ years in retail and relevant AQF qualifications. Competitive salary 79.5k–82k AUD plus super.

Formación

• Minimum AQF Associate Degree, Advanced Diploma or Diploma in the relevant field.
• 3+ years' experience in a similar Retail Manager role.
• Strong focus on customer service, stock management and sales delivery.

Responsabilidades

• Formulate and implement purchasing and marketing policies, and setting prices.
• Create and deliver daily plans and strategies to ensure store budgets/targets are achieved.
• Daily management of stock to minimise out of stocks and maximise sales.
• Manage and develop your team to drive performance.
• Execute visual merchandising within the store.
• Prepare budget reports, rosters and stock takes.
