Job summary

Vuori is seeking a Retail Store Floor Lead in Australia to inspire the sales team, connect with customers, and uphold Vuori's standards for exceptional service. You will guide the floor, manage inventory needs, and drive profitable outcomes while prioritising customer experiences.

Available shifts are mornings and/or evenings, with 8-hour days, 5 days a week including one weekend day, in a fast-paced retail environment. Health Insurance and Paid Time Off are provided.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a retail team or shift leadership in a fast-paced store.
• Strong customer service focus with ability to communicate Vuori brand values.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to manage multiple tasks in a busy environment.

Responsibilities

• Create an unforgettable customer experience by guiding the sales team and sharing product knowledge.
• Own the sales floor and drive customer satisfaction as the first priority.
• Prepare fitting rooms, locate sizes, and provide honest feedback on merchandise.
• Build lasting customer relationships and invite participation in events.
• Lead daily store operations in the absence of Store Manager or Assistant Manager.
