Job summary

Bunnings is seeking a Department Manager to lead a 20+ strong team, drive service excellence and ensure safe store operations. You will work with other department managers to maintain high standards, support training, and deliver best customer experiences across service and operations.

A strong focus on safety, KPI delivery, and strategic rostering is essential for success. You will be responsible for opening/closing the store, managing stock levels, and partnering with merchandising and health
