The TJX Companies, Inc. is seeking an energetic Customer Service Coordinator to join our Store Operations team.

You will be the first point of contact for customer enquiries across phone, email, online reviews and social channels, working closely with stores and support offices to deliver timely solutions. You will handle multi-channel inquiries, maintain accurate records in ServiceNow, and contribute ideas to continually improve the customer experience.

Formación

• Experience in customer service or contact centre environments.
• Calm, confident and customer-focused approach.
• Strong problem-solving and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• High attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
• Retail experience and knowledge of customer-facing policies is highly regarded.
• Experience handling customer complaints and turning challenging situations into positive outcomes.

• Responding to customer enquiries across multiple channels.

• Contributing ideas and insights to continually improve the customer experience.
