The TJX Companies, Inc is hiring an Admin. Coordinator and Customer Experience to join our retail team.

You will support store management with administrative tasks, interact with customers to ensure an exceptional shopping experience, and help maintain a clean, organized store environment. You will play a key role in onboarding new associates, scheduling, and ensuring adherence to labor laws and store policies while promoting our credit and loyalty programs.

Formación

• 1 year retail and 6 months of leadership experience.
• Able to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
• Outstanding communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Capable of multi-tasking and adapting to change.

Responsabilidades

• Supports store management in administrative functions.
• Ensures an excellent customer experience and maintains store standards.
• Assists with scheduling, onboarding, and training of new associates.
• Maintains cash office functions and assists with inventory control.
