Job summary

Unison is seeking a Concession Supervisor to lead the David Jones Marion Women’s pad, delivering an elevated customer experience through strong leadership and product knowledge.

You will collaborate with David Jones partner brands and Brandbank Group brands, with growth opportunities across a collaborative concession community and national expansion.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar supervisory role leading a small team.
• Proven ability to motivate and mentor a team to achieve success.
• Ability to build and maintain customer relationships by delivering exceptional customer service.
• An eye for detail with a passion for styling and Visual Merchandising.
• Demonstrated commercial acumen with the ability to drive sales, wage targets and shrinkage KPIs within budgets.

We are looking for a Concession Supervisor to lead our David Jones Marion Women’s pad.
