Unison is expanding its presence in Myer Bendigo and is seeking a Concession Manager to lead the men's and women's pad. You will oversee a passionate team, delivering an elevated customer experience through strong leadership and product knowledge within a collaborative concession community.

You will drive sales, mentor staff, and manage rosters and back-of-house administration while partnering with Brandbank Group brands for future growth opportunities.

We are expanding our presence across Myer nationally, and as part of this exciting growth we are looking for a Concession Manager to lead our Myer Bendigo men's and Women's pad. • Demonstrated commercial acumen with an ability to assist driving sales, wage targets and shrinkage KPI’s and in line with budgets.
