Job summary

Unison, a fashion-forward Australian brand, is hiring a Permanent Part Time Concession Supervisor for our David Jones Burwood concession. You will lead a small team, deliver a memorable customer experience and uphold the brand standards in-store.

You will coach and mentor staff, partner with state leadership to drive sales and profitability, manage rosters, stock and back‑of‑house administration, and ensure visual merchandising excellence.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing teams of up to 2-5 team members in a fast-paced store.
• Demonstrated commercial acumen with an ability to exceed sales, wages and shrinkage KPI's and in line with budgets.
• An eye for detail, with a passion for styling and Visual Merchandising.

• Engage and empower the team through ongoing training, mentoring and collaboration.
• Work with State Leadership to build an effective and profitable store.
