Job summary

Brandbank Group, in partnership with Myer Sunshine Plaza, seeks a Retail Concession Manager to lead a high-performing team on a part-time basis. You will drive sales, coach staff, and deliver exceptional customer experiences within the concession at Sunshine Plaza.

Join a collaborative environment offering development opportunities, earnings incentives, and staff discounts across Brandbank brands. This role finishes January 2027, with a 3- or 4-day week and Saturdays set as a consistent day.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising a small team.

Responsibilities

We are expanding our presence across Myer nationally, and as part of this exciting growth we are looking for a Concession Manager to lead Myer Sunshine Plaza. The ideal candidate

• Experience in a similar role, supervising a small team.
• Strong people leadership, with proven ability to motivate and mentor a team to achieve success.
• Ability to build and maintain customer relationships by delivering exceptional customer service
• An eye for detail, with a passion for styling and Visual Merchandising.
• Demonstrated commercial acumen with an ability to assist driving sales, wage targets and shrinkage KPI s and in line with budgets.
