Job summary

Brandbank Group is expanding its concession at Myer Ballarat, seeking a Concession Manager to lead the men’s and women’s pad. You will drive sales, coach a small team and foster strong customer relationships to deliver an elevated in-store experience.

You will collaborate with Myer and Brandbank teams, leveraging product knowledge and visual merchandising to grow the concession while supporting store goals. This is a dynamic role with potential for career progression within our brand portfolio.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role, supervising a small team.
• Strong people leadership with ability to motivate and mentor a team.
• Ability to build and maintain customer relationships by delivering exceptional customer service.
• Eye for detail with a passion for styling and Visual Merchandising.
• Demonstrated commercial acumen with an ability to drive sales, wage targets and shrinkage KPI’s within budgets.

We are expanding our presence across Myer nationally, and as part of this exciting growth we are looking for a Concession Manager to lead our Myer Ballarat men's and Women's pad.
