Job summary

Unison is expanding its presence with Myer nationally, and we are seeking a Concession Manager to lead our Myer Ballarat men's and women's pad. This role offers the chance to guide a small, passionate team and deliver an elevated customer experience through strong leadership and product knowledge.

You will drive sales and KPI performance, mentor staff, manage rosters, and collaborate with Brandbank Group brands to maintain visual merchandising standards and exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role, supervising a small team.
• Strong people leadership with ability to mentor a team.
• Ability to build customer relationships and deliver exceptional service.

• An eye for detail, with a passion for styling and Visual Merchandising.
• Demonstrated commercial acumen with an ability to assist driving sales, wage targets and shrinkage KPI’s and in line with budgets.
