Job summary

Unison Laboratories is expanding its concession team at Sunshine Plaza and seeks a Concession Manager to lead a small team, deliver outstanding customer experiences and drive sales through strong product knowledge and genuine customer relationships.

You will work within a collaborative concession community, training and mentoring staff, managing rosters, and handling back-of-house administration. This part-time fixed-term contract ends January 2027.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role, supervising a small team.
• Strong people leadership with ability to motivate and mentor a team.
• Ability to build and maintain customer relationships by delivering exceptional customer service.
• Eye for detail with a passion for styling and Visual Merchandising.
• Demonstrated commercial acumen with ability to drive sales and KPI targets within budgets.

Responsibilities

• Drive an exceptional customer experience and achieve sales and KPI targets.
• Empower the team through ongoing training, mentoring and collaboration.
• Motivate the team to meet sales targets and business KPIs.
• Drive operational excellence, manage rosters, and prepare back-of-house administration.
• Enjoy a flexible 3- or 4-day work week, with Saturdays as your consistent working day.

We are expanding our presence across Myer nationally, and as part of this exciting growth we are looking for a Concession Manager to lead Myer Sunshine Plaza.
