Job summary

Seed Heritage in Australia seeks a Concession Supervisor for our David Jones Indooroopilly concession pad to lead a small team and deliver a premium customer experience.

You will drive sales through coaching, stock management and visual merchandising, while maintaining exceptional service and a collaborative store culture.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising teams of up to 5 staff.
• Independent leader able to work autonomously.
• Motivates and mentors a team to achieve success.
• Commercial acumen to drive sales, wage targets and budgets.
• Detail-focused with passion for styling and Visual Merchandising.

We are looking for a Concession Supervisor within our David Jones Indooroopilly concession pad to lead our passionate team by driving engagement and building a high-performing team culture. Deliver an elevated customer experience by demonstrating a sophisticated approach to sales, product knowledge and building long-lasting relationships.

THE ROLE

• Experience in a similar role, supervising teams of up 5 staff.
• An independently motivated leader with the ability to work autonomously.
• A supportive leader, with the ability to motivate and mentor a team to achieve success.
• Demonstrated commercial acumen with an ability to assist driving sales, wage targets and shrinkage KPI’s and in line with budgets.
• An eye for detail, with a passion for styling and Visual Merchandising.
• Exposure to large stock volumes and stock management.

• Ability to build and maintain customer relationships by delivering exceptional customer service
