Job summary

Jay Jays in Maitland, NSW, seeks an experienced CoStore Manager to lead a dynamic retail team. You will support the Store Manager, drive sales, manage stock, and maintain a vibrant store environment that reflects our denim and fashion focus.

You’ll train and coach colleagues, optimise rosters for peak periods, and ensure excellent customer service while meeting KPIs and keeping loss to a minimum. Weekend and public holiday availability is required.

As the leader of your crew, you’ll support the Store Manager to inspire your team to deliver awesome customer experiences while hitting sales goals and keeping the vibe fresh. If you’re driven by creating a fun and energetic store atmosphere, we want you!

This is a Full Timerole with availability needed for weekends, late-night shifts, and public holidays.

A Day in the Life
