Jay Jays is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for our Merrylands store in NSW. The role is part-time (min 25 hours per week) with weekend, late-night, and public holiday availability.

You will support the Store Manager to drive sales, achieve KPIs, and ensure the team delivers excellent customer service in a streetwear-driven environment. Responsibilities include coaching staff, stock management, and maintaining a fresh store appearance.

Qualificações

• Previous experience in retail with leadership or supervisory experience.
• Love for streetwear and delivering top-notch customer service.
• Proactive attitude to drive sales and team performance.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to juggle multiple tasks.
• Experience with visual merchandising is a bonus.
