Jay Jays – Pacific Fair, Gold Coast, Queensland – is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead our flagship team. You’ll drive sales, coach your crew, manage stock, and ensure a safe, vibrant customer experience in a busy retail environment.

This full-time role requires weekend and holiday shifts; you’ll work from briefs, deliver visual merchandising, and maximise KPI performance while nurturing a fun, high-performing store culture.

Jay Jays has an exciting opportunity for an experienced leader to join the squad as Store Manager at our Pacific Fairstore! One of our most aspirational flagship stores in Queensland. This is a great opportunity for a retail champion who loves our brand to really shine and become a Jay Jays brand ambassador. As the captain of your crew, you’ll inspire your team to deliver awesome customer experiences while hitting sales goals and keeping the vibe fresh. This is a Full Timerole with availability needed for weekends, late-night shifts, and public holidays.
