Job summary

Seed Heritage seeks a Cluster Visual Merchandiser to oversee the Mackay Cluster, implementing in-store VM guidelines and driving merchandising opportunities to boost sales. You will maintain presentation standards and support the Windows Team with window and instore VM concepts.

The ideal candidate brings at least 2 years of fashion retail merchandising experience, strong time management, organisational and communication skills, and the ability to work both independently and within a team.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years merchandising experience for fashion retailer.
• Excellent time management, organisational and communication skills.
• Be able to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Have a passion for merchandising and for attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Applying/interpreting and implementing the in store VM Guidelines.
• In conjunction with the Store Management Team, identifying and actioning merchandising opportunities to increase sales.
• Maintaining VM standards and store presentation standards.
• Assisting the Windows Team with installing the Window & Instore VM Concept.
