Job summary

Seed Heritage is seeking a Retail Cluster Manager to lead our Macquarie Concept Stores and Concession Pads, driving a high‑performing team and delivering an elevated customer experience.

You will mentor and empower staff, manage rosters, and partner with State Leadership to build a profitable store while exceeding sales targets and delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced fashion environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' experience managing a fast-paced high volume fashion retail store.
• Experience in managing a medium to large team in a fast-paced store.
• A strong leader with the ability to motivate and mentor a team to achieve success.
• Demonstrated commercial acumen with an ability to exceed sales, wages and shrinkage KPI’s and in line with budgets.
• An eye for detail, with a passion for styling and Visual Merchandising.
• Exposure to large stock volumes and stock management.
• Alignment with Seed Heritage values and customer focus.
