Job summary

Seed Heritage is recruiting a Cluster Manager to lead our Macquarie Concept Stores and Concession Pads. You will drive a customer-focused culture, coach a medium-to-large team, and partner with state leadership to grow store performance.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' experience managing a fast-paced high-volume fashion retail store.
• Experience in managing a medium to large team in a fast-paced store.
• A strong leader who can motivate and mentor a team to achieve success.
• Commercial acumen with ability to exceed sales, wages and shrinkage KPI’s and in line with budgets.
• Eye for detail, with a passion for styling and Visual Merchandising.
• Exposure to large stock volumes and stock management.
