Job summary

Seed Heritage is seeking a Cluster Store Manager to lead our Mackay concept store and concessions, delivering exceptional customer experiences and coaching a dynamic team across a high-volume fashion retail environment.

You will drive sales, stock control, visual merchandising and KPI delivery, while partnering with State Leadership to grow the business. Commencing mid-November 2026, the role offers progression and bonus opportunities within Brandbank Group.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' experience managing a fast-paced high volume fashion retail store.
• Experience in managing a medium to large team in a fast-paced store.
• A strong leader with the ability to motivate and mentor a team to achieve success.
• Demonstrated commercial acumen with an ability to exceed sales, wages and shrinkage KPI’s and in line with budgets.

We are looking for a Cluster Store Manager to lead our passionate team across our BRAND-NEW Mackay concept store and concession pads by driving engagement and building a high-performing team culture. The Ideal Candidate
