Qualifications

• Experience leading complex projects across business, customer, process and technology environments.
• Proven experience managing and developing project and/or change management teams.
• Strong track record delivering regulatory, compliance, operational or commercial projects with multiple stakeholder groups.
• Qualifications or formal certification in Project Management.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of a portfolio of regulatory, commercial, customer and operational improvement projects.
• Manage and develop a small team of project and change professionals, fostering accountability and high performance.
• Set project priorities, develop end-to-end project plans and manage delivery across multiple initiatives. Partner with business and technology leaders to deliver process improvements and system enhancements across multiple platforms.
• Oversee project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, testing and implementation activities to achieve agreed outcomes.
