Job summary

Vicinity Limited is seeking an Assistant Retail Manager to support the Retail Manager in executing engagement strategies and managing a portfolio of retailers.

You will assist in day-to-day operations, help shape the retail mix, and support budgeting and centre operations. The role requires strong interpersonal skills to foster retailer relationships and collaborative teamwork within a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in administration, ideally within retail or customer service.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office: Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word.
• JD Edwards knowledge is advantageous but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Foster positive retailer engagement and collaboration.
• Assist tenancy administration and onboarding compliance.
• Coordinate retailer communications and updates.
• Support sales, traffic and profitability initiatives.
