Vicinity Centres at Vic Gardens Shopping Centre in Richmond seeks a commercially minded Centre Manager to oversee retailer relationships, tenancy management and financial performance. You will partner with the Centre Manager and asset team to drive centre success and income growth, while guiding lease compliance and store presentation.

Qualifications

• Background in retail or property management and tenancy operations.
• Strong financial, reporting and compliance capabilities.
• Familiarity with retail legislation and leasing processes.
• Excellent communication, customer service and organisation.

Responsabilités

• Manage retailer relationships and tenancy administration.
• Oversee onboarding and compliance of retailers.
• Communicate with retailers via updates and newsletters.
• Develop retail support strategies to boost sales and traffic.
• Collaborate with asset and marketing teams on centre initiatives.
• Oversee lease variations and store presentations.
• Monitor budgets and financial performance.
• Provide leadership and development conversations where applicable.
