Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated is seeking a part-time Centre Manager for a 30-hour week in Sydney. You will provide strategic leadership to onsite staff, drive the Centre’s business plan and budget objectives, and deliver superior client service while managing key reports and relationships.

You will lead the Leasing collaboration, manage tenancy schedules, and oversee rental collections to support asset performance.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in retail property management or shopping centre management.
• Proven leadership of onsite teams to achieve stretch goals.
• Strong knowledge of leases legislation and property compliance.
• Experience preparing and managing complex property budgets and business plans.
• Excellent client relationship management and service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach onsite staff including Operations and Administration Managers.
• Prepare and deliver monthly reports, budgets, and business plans for the client.
• Collaborate with Leasing Team to source retailers and manage tenancy schedules.
• Oversee rent collections and arrears to meet KPI targets.
• Ensure high standards of presentation, fitouts, safety, and IPMP compliance.
• Maintain strong relationships with the local business community and authorities.
