Job summary

Harris Scarfe, part of Spotlight Retail Group, is seeking a skilled Business Analyst/Project Lead to drive SDLC processes from business case through implementation. You will work with diverse teams to document requirements, map processes and prepare acceptance criteria to support successful project delivery.

You will engage with internal stakeholders, produce clear documentation and participate in Agile ceremonies, including planning and reviews, with hybrid work arrangements available.

Qualifications

• Excellent analytical, problem solving and consulting skills.
• Proven ability to engage with internal customers to gather and document business requirements, functional requirements, solution options, design and implement solutions.
• Demonstrated ability to produce high quality documentation – tell the story.

Responsibilities

• Manage SDLC including business case, requirements gathering and design.
• Train users to leverage SRG systems to meet business objectives.
• Participate in sprint ceremonies: refinements, planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, showcases.
• Map as-is and to-be business processes during requirements gathering.
• Refine requirements with stakeholders for sprint planning.
• Articulate business requirements and end-to-end process design with documentation.
• Assist in developing acceptance criteria.
• Support design, build, testing and implementation of business changes.
• Support Test Team to develop and execute test cases.
• Provide on-call after-hours support per SLAs.
