Job summary

Spotlight is seeking a skilled Business Analyst to drive SDLC activities across our SRG systems. You will work with internal stakeholders to capture requirements, map current and future processes, and ensure solutions align with business goals.

You will participate in agile ceremonies, help define acceptance criteria, and support testing and post‑go live support. A strong background in retail processes and excellent documentation skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to gather and document business requirements.
• Strong process mapping and design skills.
• Experience with SDLC and Agile practices.
• Excellent communication and storytelling in documentation.

Responsibilities

• Manage SDLC from business case to implementation.
• Train users to leverage SRG systems.
• Participate in sprint ceremonies including refinements and planning.
• Map as‑is and to‑be processes during requirements gathering.
• Refine detailed requirements with business stakeholders for sprint planning.
• Define end‑to‑end business process designs and documentation.
• Support acceptance criteria development and testing.
• Provide after‑hours on‑call support per SLAs.
