Swatch Bondi Store is seeking a Sales Associate to bring energy, passion and the Swatch brand to life in-store. You will create memorable customer experiences, drive sales performance and showcase the brand's personality every day.

As a brand ambassador, you will stay up to date with new products and promotions, help maintain visual merchandising, and support stock management while building lasting customer relationships.

• Champion a customer first culture and deliver an unforgettable experience.
• Utilise your customer engagement skills with a focus on building loyalty and a unique in store experience.
• Keep up to date with our new products, promotions (and participate in regular training to keep you up to date with our new products and promotions).
• Support the team in achieving (and exceeding!) sales targets and KPI's.
• Ensure the store always looks it’s best, including products displays and following our merchandising standards.
• Assist with daily and monthly stocktake and stock management.
• Follow up with customers regarding warranty and general queries.
